This iconic project has very rapidly changed the Lisbon waterfront. Linked to the Central Tejo (see above) through a garden designed by landscape architect Vladimir Djurovic, the new Museum for Art, Architecture and Technology houses four exhibition spaces: the Oval Gallery, Main Gallery, Video Room and Project Room, totalling 3,000 square metres. The diversity of its programmes and spaces has made it an essential element in the cultural life of the city, with its walkable roof providing an ideal spot to take in the views of the Tagus and the opposite bank.
